Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs to address regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations, and update compliance programs accordingly.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and monitor their implementation.
Provide training to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding throughout the organization.
Conduct periodic internal audits to assess compliance with established policies and procedures.
Investigate and respond to reports of non-compliance, taking corrective action as necessary.
Prepare and present regular reports on compliance activities to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
Collaborate with legal and other departments to develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
Ensure policies are communicated effectively and understood by all employees.
Manage and coordinate responses to compliance-related incidents, including investigations and resolution.
Implement corrective and preventive measures to address identified issues.
